During this time of crisis, we are banding together to provide ​free 30-minute virtual coaching sessions to:
  • Reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
  • Navigate change and uncertainty
  • Stay focused and motivated in difficult times
  • Deepen inner peace and mental clarity
  • Cultivate a sense of well-being, mindfulness,​ and connectedness

All sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom or phone.
Ongoing support is available at no charge.

About

The Covid Compassion Project is an emerging, self-organizing network of volunteer professional leadership/life/career/resilience coaches, healers, and community facilitators supporting those who matter most - and their families - during the evolving crisis.

Our hope is to help people to feel supported, connected, and in community.

FAQ

How does it work?
Individuals who are seeking support can sign up directly on this website and schedule a 30-minute coaching session with one of our volunteer coaches.  Sessions are conducted remotely.  There is no obligation, fee, or contract.  Just a conversation with heart.

Do you provide therapy?
For legal reasons, we do not provide licensed therapy.  We are connecting consenting adults for care and support.  Our coaches are professionally trained to provide mental, emotional, and spiritual support as effectively and humanly as possible.  Our mission is to use the skills we have to help those who matter most right now.

What data is collected?
We ask for minimal information from people looking for support.  Any data collected from care givers and receivers will be kept strictly confidential.  All personally identifiable information will be deleted after 180 days.
