We are a volunteer community of professional coaches who are banding together to provide free, private, unlimited 30-minute virtual 'resilience coaching' sessions to:
Reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
Navigate change and uncertainty
Stay focused and motivated in difficult times
Deepen inner peace and mental clarity
Cultivate a sense of well-being, mindfulness, and connectedness
All sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom (video or voice only - it's your choice). We offer sessions every day of the week. Ongoing support is available at no charge.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work? Individuals who are seeking support can sign up directly on this website and schedule a 30-minute coaching session with one of our volunteer coaches. Sessions are conducted remotely. There is no obligation, fee, or contract. Just a conversation with heart.
Do you provide therapy? For legal reasons, we do not provide licensed therapy. We connect consenting adults for care and support. Our coaches are professionally trained to provide mental, emotional, and spiritual support as effectively and humanly as possible. Our mission is to use the skills we have to help those who matter most right now.
What data is collected? We ask for minimal information from people looking for support. Any data collected from care givers and receivers will be kept strictly confidential. All personally identifiable information will be deleted after 180 days.
