Small gifts of calm and connection for frontline healthcare workers
We offer free, confidential, 30-minute resilience coaching sessions for first responders, relief workers, healthcare professionals, and their families.
"I didn’t know how much I needed this! Or even what I needed. I was taking care of my patients and my family but neglecting myself in the process. It was so nice to just have someone listen and validate how hard this all is. After my coaching session and brainstorming I came up with my month’s theme of “Slay The Day May!” It’s been a week and I am still doing just that!"
Sage Weaver, Occupational Therapist for COVID+ patients at Kaiser Permanente
UPDATE: We stand in solidarity with all who are protesting the killings of George Floyd and the countless other black men, criminal justice inequality, and systemic racism.
We are extending our services to anyone who is seeking space to process what is happening right now.
